Group Class Descriptions
- Metafit, MetaPWR & Metaburn – 30 minute guaranteed to fire up your metabolism, tone your muscles and burn fat for the next 24 hours. All fitness levels (beginner options provided).
- Body Sculpt – 45 minute strength and some cardio, designed to build lean muscle, lose weight and build fitness. All fitness levels.
- Box & Burn – A total body workout using gloves, pads and bodyweight exercises. Classes are designed to improve hand-eye coordination, strength and cardiovascular fitness. Sweat it out, box away the stress and see the results. All fitness levels catered for and techniques are taught to new participants.
- Power Flex – All the benefits of Trim & Tone plus Mobility to help keep your body flexible and improve movement. All fitness levels.
- Total Body Fit – A combination of Cardio and Strength for busy people who want to incorporate both into one session. All fitness levels.
- Power 30 & 45 – 30 or 45 Min circuit with minimal breaks toning your entire body. All fitness levels. This class is limited to 12 people so bookings are essential.
- Semi Private – Small group Personal Training (max 5) with a workshop on Nutrition & building healthy sustainable habits (click for more information)
