She is known amongst her Fitness Revolution buddies as extraordinarily strong and the younger crowd love trying to keep up with her.
Lesley has the best sense of humour and is often responsible for many belly laughs in class. We had a chat to Lesley to find out what motivates her to stay on track.

Why did you initially join the HBF classes?
‘I came to the realisation that if I kept going the way I was, I would end up with some very bad health problems, both physical & mental’.
Semi-Private Personal Training & Group Classes
Lesley combines semi-private sessions and group classes so we asked her what she likes about both.
‘I like the semi’s because it is a bit more personal with only 5 in a group and I’ve learned a lot about diet & nutrition and that I’m capable of doing more than I thought. The groups are a mixture and a lot of fun.’
What do we do differently from other fitness groups?
‘You make each class different and encourage everyone to do their best. It is not important whether you do a little or a lot, as long as you try’.
You’ve hit the nail on the head there Lesley, we always say the hardest part is showing up so giving it a shot is what matters most.
What advice would you give someone who is thinking of joining Fitness Revolution but still not quite sure?
Just do it. The trainers are wonderful, as are the other members. Once you join you won’t look back!
