I have battled with my weight for as long as I can remember. Nov 2014 saw me embark on a journey. It was time to look at my lifestyle including diet and the amount of exercise I was doing. I finally decided I wanted to do whatever it took to lose unwanted body fat and keep it off.
Angela at Fitness Revolution helped me to set realistic, achievable goals. I am learning to change my mind set and not only look at the number on the scales but look at the big picture. I have lost 9kg to date and my measurements have changed. I have even agreed to tackle a 10 km run next year.
